Overview

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Basic, anonymised usage analytics (pages viewed) and any information you choose to submit, such as a contact message or contributed resource. No account is required to browse syllabi or notes.

How we use it

To operate and improve the hub, understand which resources are useful, respond to your messages, and moderate contributions. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies plus privacy-respecting analytics. Some pages also embed third-party content that may set its own cookies (see Embedded maps below). You can block cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.

Third-party links

Official links point to sites we don't control. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review them separately.

Embedded maps

College pages embed a Google Map of the campus, which loads as you scroll to it. When it loads, your browser connects to Google, and Google may set cookies or collect usage data under the Google Privacy Policy. We don't receive any of that data. If you'd rather avoid it, block third-party cookies in your browser or don't scroll to the map.
