About the program
Electrical Engineering is a four-year Bachelor of Engineering program focused on generating, transmitting, distributing and using electric power. Students start with electric circuits, electronics, measurement and electrical engineering materials, then study electrical machines and power system analysis.
Later years cover power electronics, control systems, switchgear and protection, high voltage engineering, transmission and distribution design, power plant engineering, electrical drives and industrial automation. A ten-week internship gives students hands-on experience in utilities, industry or project sites.
