Course objective

The objective of this course is to provide foundational principles, evolution and applications of remote sensing. It emphasizes the electromagnetic spectrum, remote sensing platforms, sensors, and data acquisition systems, enabling students to apply hands-on skills in satellite image preprocessing and effective data analysis.
