Course objective

The objective is to introduce the sociological and cultural foundations of human settlements and architecture, focusing on the human-environment relationship and how social structures, cultural practices and civilizations shape spatial organization and architecture, enabling students to apply these perspectives to Nepali architectural traditions and contemporary practices.
